Dear Choir Directors and Members,
On behalf of the Choral Society “Armonia” of Preveza, we are delighted to invite your choir to participate in the 44th International Choral Festival of Preveza and the 30th International Choral Competition of Preveza (ICCP 2026), to be held in Preveza, Greece, from 9 to 12 July 2026.
Now celebrating 44 years of continuous artistic presence, the International Choral Festival of Preveza has welcomed over 400 choirs from all over the world, becoming a meeting point for musical excellence, cultural exchange and friendship. The festival offers participating choirs the opportunity to perform in concerts and/or competition categories, in inspiring venues such as the historic city center, churches, the seaside promenade and the Roman Odeon of Ancient Nicopolis.
Within the framework of the festival, the International Choral Competition of Preveza provides a wide range of categories for mixed, equal-voice, chamber, youth, children’s, senior and specialized choirs, evaluated by an International Jury Committee of distinguished conductors and choral experts. Participating choirs receive professional written evaluations, medals and special prizes, while enjoying a high-level artistic experience in a welcoming Mediterranean setting.
Beyond the performances, Preveza offers an ideal balance between music and leisure: a beautiful coastal environment, rich archaeological heritage, nearby natural landmarks, and renowned local gastronomy — making the festival an unforgettable cultural journey for all participants.
