Experience the power of community, voice, and connection.
The All Voices Community Choir (AVCC) from Ottawa, Canada, arrives in the Baltics with a vibrant and uplifting concert programme showcasing the richness of Canadian choral music.
It is one of Ottawa’s longest-established and most vibrant community choral organizations, bringing together singers of all ages.
Founded in 1977, the choir has been continuously active for nearly five decades, growing into a large choral family of over 160 voices across children, youth, and adult ensembles. The singers performing on this Baltic tour represent the Adult Choir, joined by members of the Chorale ACCORD ensemble from Ontario, Canada.
Under the artistic direction of Linda Crawford, the choir is shaped by her strong artistic vision, deep commitment to community music-making, and long-standing dedication to inclusive choral singing. Linda is widely respected in Canada as an inspiring educator and conductor who has devoted her career to building musical communities and encouraging singers of all ages and levels to find their voice through choral music.
The programme is enhanced by selected works accompanied by Nicholas Busch, a distinguished Canadian pianist, organist, composer, and concert curator. Renowned for his versatility and artistic sensitivity, he brings depth and nuance to each performance, enriching the musical expression of both choir and soloists.
The ensemble regularly performs a wide and diverse repertoire, ranging from contemporary Canadian choral music and folk-inspired arrangements to sacred works and popular choral pieces, reflecting the cultural richness and diversity of Canada.
The concert programme will also feature performances by the Estonian women’s choir Kevad, conducted by Õnne-Ann Roosvee.
We warmly invite everyone to join us for this unforgettable concert featuring two outstanding choirs.
Free admission.
